Mad Dog joins Kiddy

Nationwide Conference side Kidderminster Harriers have clinched the services of midfielder Andy Ferrell from League Two side Hereford United.

Ferrell has been pushed down the pecking order since the January captures of Ben Smith and Steve Jennings and Bulls boss Graham Turner feels he has adequate cover in the middle of the park.

The 23-year-old has been branded with the nickname "Mad Dog" by United fans for his ever willing running and hard tackling in the midfield.

He was a regular in the side that won promotion back to the league last year but has struggled to secure a starting place this season as he has been in and out of the team.

He will go straight into the squad for Kidderminster's league match against St. Albans at Clarence Park on Saturday.
