Just out of interest Oracle. Where you have built the new dugouts do you have to section off the terracing behind or will spectators be allowed to stand directly behind the dugouts ?

Oracle. We didn't (yet). The amount of work to be done is possible next week and we are looking at completing it in time just in case!

It looks like spectators will be able to stand right behind the dugouts, which are situated on the halfway line on the far side of the ground by the covered terrace

Good luck Horace and HTFCrew I will probably come to the game on Thursday 29th to see your first leg league game against Harefeild.

We will have the result of our re-inspection then and I can check your progress.

As usual with the FA we still don't know for sure how many clubs will be promoted so you need to make sure you get the grading and don't drop any points against the Hares.

It would be great for both of us to be back in the Ryman next year and continue were we left off this season.

I noticed on Saturday that the new fencing at the WLG does not allow you to walk around the side terrace from behind the goal to the right(as you look to the side terrace from the main stand)

Wth the pitch being moved towards that side of the pitch, there is less room on that side at present so you have to get to the side terrace you need to walk round by the goal at the left hand side of the ground.

I have heard that work is going to be done behind that right side goal, so maybe that will allow more room thus allowing access from both the right and left ends to the side terrace.

Yes you can, its just if you want to walk from there round to the terracing you cant at the moment. I think maybe the corrgated iron boards behind that corner are going to be moved, as that would then make more room.

I cant imagine that the league would allow access and exit from only 3 sides of the ground due to in case of any emergency.

Sorry Gavin you are wrong.

The league DO ALLOW one corner to be cut off and that was agreed with the FA before the work was undertaken.

If you move the corrogated iron boards you would be in the Edgware Brook!

There are Fire/Emergency Exits on all four sides of the ground.
