Difficult team selection but no question that Heffers and Blewitt return. Agree with Paul on Dormer, couldn't do with his leadership skills and passion. Gameo played so well last night so I would have to include him, Wareham will need a bot of time and match time but he has started really well. So here is my selection which is a bit different.

I think the above gives us the right balance of being strong defensively (hence Dorms on the left instead of Wareham or Hodges) and having plenty in attack.

 

I would be looking to use the likes of Burbs, Wareham, Hodges and Allen as "impact" substitutes - Rikki has scored more goals from the bench than in the starting XI this season.

Actually, I think there is merit to put Whelpdale up front and Burbs as a sub with Matt Game on the right as well...

7 different sides but 9 players are in everyone's side, so really there are only two positions/players (depending how you look at it)up for grabs

 

IMO the issue is we have 7 quality midfielders to try and get into 4 (maybe 5 if you're that way inclined) including three in Dorms, Hodges and Wareham whose best position (imo) is the same position on the lhs of midfield. Equally we all seem to be unable to agree who should partner Flackie up front which suggests that is an area of concern. Maybe we are one heavy in midfield and one light up front. Who'd be the boss......

I don't. For me Whelps is at his best when he is able to drop deep to pick up possession before running at the full back. I also think that Gameo is better in the middle than wide right... other than that I agree with everything you say Gaz!

I was thinking about putting Whelps in my team up front too, he has scored 11 goals by my count since he's been with us, but if hes scoring that many from out wide (and creating some too), i reckon keep him there.
