when i went there earlier in the season their ground was nowhere near up to scratch but i would assume that some of this has been rectified,plus they need to open their bar a lot earlier than 2.35 in the ryman league

F.A. Seem to make up there minds at the end of every season. They tried to take one more up last year (barkingside) but the Essex senior put a stop to it.

To be honest I think the step up is quite big and unless you have a big budget you are going to struggle.

I've seen alot of Ryman North football this year and to be fair the step up is fairly big, and a decent budget is needed to sustain.

 

But then again I suppose alot of the clubs that get promoted have a decent budget in the first place.

The whole thing about the step up is a mystery. I agree to be at the top is hard but I could list many names from the ESL that could easily play at that level and many in that level that would noy get into the top ESL teams

When will you people realise brentwood dont have the massive budget you lot seem to think we have. Yes we have some players on good money but not every single player.

Brentwood are in a no win situation. If they win the league they should have done but people will say by more points. The budget is way exaggerated its more like £5,000. No seriously if they get promoted then thats success

urchim mental i agree with you there. i believe the side we had at burnham last year with a better GK would be pushing for playoffs.
