Club Announcement

Good news about the pitches. But the lack of news on actual ground development after all this time, really does the club no favours locally.

People i talk too still cant understand why the club knocked down most of the ground without planning permission to rebuild.

Those people are not going to be won over until they see new stands.

Surely that was not Parmenters decision alone though.
The other directors must have been involved.

The club does not have a very good reputation locally and that can not all be te fault of SE.

Can you tell me why Number6?? Always thought the club was well though off (apart from a handful of miserable sod neighbours!)

Firstly the original company which was going to develop the ground went bankrupt just before the development started. Secondly this is a completely different board of directors who inherited the club, and who are now doing things properly. We need to get the commercial side completed first, which is what they ae doing

Yes, I agree, I can remember getting many more than that at a game. But it isn't yours or my time any more is it, and 1142 would be a very good gate today.

Unfortunately the Ramsgate at home to Chelmsford game might prevent a few neutrals visiting us Steve. They might well opt for that game.In fact they might even outnumber our attendance tonight. Its a distinct possibility.

Lets just hope the TRUE Margate following ALL turn up at Hartsdown Park tonight to help support the players. Those that are able to of course!
