Ooh err!

KIDDERMINSTER HARRIERS manager Mark Yates has warned that

he expects a much-improved performance on last night's draw

at Tamworth when the side visit St. Albans City in the Conference this weekend.

Harriers drew 0-0 at The Lamb in a scrappy affair and

whilst results elsewhere mean it was a good point towards

the play-off push, it would have been a timely and priceless

three had the team managed a win.

Yates, who admitted the players have little left in the

tank following the two FA Trophy Semi-Finals and the league

fixture with Oxford, revealed after last night's game that

he can forgive the performance against Gary Mills' men.

What he won't tolerate, though, is a similar showing at

St. Albans on Saturday.

"I can accept tonight but I won't accept it again on Saturday"

Yates said following the game.

"It's just not taking enough responsibility and there were

a lot of tired legs and a lot of tired minds out there -

unfortunately that's what we've got at the moment.

"After the euphoria of Saturday I think it just caught up

with one or two.

They'll have a couple of days off and I don't want to be

watching those displays again."
