pleased to keep the unbeaten run going, but disappointed with the goal we conceded.

 

their player lies down on the floor after a small bit of contact with crossy's elbow and they kick it out at the halfway line.

 

what we should have done is throw it to our left back to hoof it out of harms way back to their keeper. what we did was relax and throw it back to them whereupon they pounced and caught us napping.

 

janney & parker very unlucky to get in each others way when they both found themselves onside with only the keeper to beat.

 

point is a point & thankyou to our pals from ware.

The way Simon Parker kept the ball in play in the build up to our goal was superb. All things considered, a point in a game where we were not firing on all cylinders is a point saved and thanks to some excellent saves from Dale, we salvaged something from the game.

Then the news came through that Ware had beaten Harlow and that point almost doubled in value! If the chasing pack keep slipping up we'll be champions long before Canvey hove into view.

i think parker should of taken the ball and janney got in his way.Parker would of run direct on goal whereas janners went wide and that was his downfall
