According to the Observer Browne says the `incident' with Gary is "done and dusted". Lets let him know tomorrow that it is'nt, we want him out.

What he also says 'I am not interested what these people are saying' meaning the fans. Also there is overriding proof that Gary Chappell makes up the Slough Town section of the Observer as he goes along. Apparently Slough are on a 10 match unbeaten run since losing to Hornchurch 3-2. Clearly then he is oblivious to the fact that we have lost to Northwood and Wealdstone since then even though he 'reported' on those matches just a few weeks ago.

 

I'm sick of the local press being so far up Browne's a$$. He starts off by saying that Slough will reach the dizzy heights of 3rd if we win and Hemel and Wealdstone lose, and we are asked to 'forget the club's off-field problems - the ground, a bitter war of words between the manager Steve Browne and some supporters - because this team CAN get promoted.' Yeah, right you are mate, glorious. The man is nearly as much of a fool as Steve Browne.

I'm amazed that he can consider it done and dusted without an apology. I take Paul's point from yesterday that anyone can over react, but surely even he must realise that to F and Blind at a hard working fan is not acceptable behaviour, and that an apology is due. If he can't figure out something as simple as that, then his arragance has no limits.

The key words are "It should not have been written in my programme" Ok if its his programme he should have checked it before it went out. I though it was a Slough Town Club programme, to which he contributed the managers column. EGO or what

Brownes comments to Gary should be classed as gross misconduct of an employee of slough town football club and he should be sacked

Done and dusted? my [****!!****], the facts as i know them? he actually sought out Gary prior to the game? It wasn'ta chance meeting? He verbally abused Gary?

He should be called into the office by his superior and given a written and verbal warning thereby making his position within STFC seriously weak, allowing Dreamer an easy option to remove him at a later date, one more warning and he waives goodbye to any pay offs, but hey who are we to quetion him and dreamer

Took a look at Observer site. To be honest even more worrying than Brown nonsense was bit at end about how the paper had spent the week calling Dreamer office abouit his meeting with the council but their efforts had been met with nil response.

Ominous that one.
