I liked the fact that despite there being approximately half a dozen different excuses, at no time was the inadequacy of the referee mentioned (apart from stating that we "had two penalties" which didn't actually materialise, so assume this was the refs fault). I have noticed in the past, that many clubs tend to blame the referee for losing matches - us for instance (at Bromley) - but in keeping with Gazza's policy, I'll refrain from naming any other clubs.
