I once went on one of these work awayday thingies where the lecturer began the day with the usual psycho-babble. As an ice-breaker, she went around the room asking "if you could be an animal, what would you be and why"? I replied that I wanted to be Britney Spear's pet cat (before she went doo-lally, of course). This is pretty much what I had in mind!
