*Romford fan misses match after binge drinking*

Recommended Posts

.....A Romford fan, aka Coupwotcoup? was forced to miss the Burnham Stranglers v Romford game last Saturday, having been spotted during a boating incident in the river Crouch at 4am in the morning.

Romford fans, who had been staying in the town overnight, caught him on their camera phone at around 4am on Saturday morning, as he was attempting to reach the ancient wine vaults of Wallasea Island on a pedalo, from which, he fell out due to an advance state of inebriation and had to be saved by the local rescue services.

This of course led to an expose in the Dengie Bugle.

He has since apologised for the incident and is 'extremely sorry' for any embarrassment caused.

Local resident Mrs King from Southminster said: "These Romford ruffians come here every year and cause trouble. We can do without them.

"You wouldn't catch a nice boy like my son Simon doing things like that, even if he is the only gay in the village."

Retrace your steps of a week ago and when you get to Stratford you want platform 3 (Central Line westbound). First stop Mile End, come out of ME station turn left and sharp left into Burdett Road. Ten minute walk or so and there is a park on your right. When you reach Bow Common Lane, cross over and take the path through the park and this will lead you around to the front of the stadium, which will have been in view to your 1 o'clock from halfway down Burdett Road.

Here to help... grin
