Season tickets next year

Recommended Posts

I saw a poster by the turnstile advertising season tickets fro 2007/08 at 2006/07 prices.

Thats good

But there was no price.

I walked in via my normal season ticket turnstile and wasnt given a flyer or information relating to this offer. with me a likely returning customer for nbext season

I dont buy a programme as I prefer to spend my money on golden goal and a drink. Was the information in there?

So here I am , a season ticket holder with no idea how much it is for next year

Good advertising again fleet.

The point is totally missed again.

I didnt get a leaflet nor did I buy a programme. Hence I dont know how much a season ticket will cost me next year.

And last year , I bought ealry and got a discount.

Im not negative , it just seems to me , that the club are really struggling with basic information gathering and distribution.

The ticket prices for season 2006/07 have now been announced. The adult match day admission price remains at £12 with season ticket prices also frozen. As their will be two extra matches next season, season tickets are an even better deal than they were last year. Concessions for OAP's and children remain at half the price of a standard ticket.

Terrace Adult £185 Saving £91.00 Concession £ 92.50 Saving £45.50

Wing Stand Adult £215 Saving £107.00 Concession £ 107.50 Saving £53.50

Centre Stand Adult £235 Saving £87.00 Concession £ 117.50 Saving £43.50

This is taken from the News items on the official site last year.

But issuing an advert saying that prices are frozen if you buy your season ticket before April 7th without giving last season's price indicates that the poster is aimed solely at those who already have one, rather than trying to branch out and attract new season ticket holders.

Also, the advert doesn't clarify what '2006/2007 prices' are - last season, terrace season ticket prices were either £170 or £185 for adults, depending on whether you bought it before the end of the previous season or not.

JC you are right. I got the impression that the price freeze was only for renewals upon reading the leaflet/advert. It was only the tannoy announcer that mentioned new applicants as well. Who knows I might win the easter raffle and get a free one.
