No i'm not talking about that bl**dy SL postcode us proud Windsorians have had to wear like a ball and chain around our necks for the last 9 decades, no sir i'm talking about something much more pressing that has an impact on a whole community.

 

Enough is enough. Simon Lane should go and please no ******* about like waiting till the end of the season, or giving the geezer the first couple of months to inflict more damge next term. Lets get rid NOW, promptly, without delay and get someone in who knows what they're doing, who doesn't come in at the start of the season making over-blown hype and promises, someone who can discipline the squad, who can adapt tactics to the given requirements such as pitch and/or defensive/physical approaches as and when adopted by opposition sides and someone who has the coaching experience, nous and contacts to get in and get the best out of the players.

 

Yesterday was a complete embarassment though all credit to a very well organised Lymington side. Very nicely taken fourth goal (though when your given unlimited time from about 12 yards out it does make it easier to curl one in the top corner obviously) and as for the two sendings off FFS!

 

Incidentially for anyone out there who thinks SL shouldn't go, may i present the following facts and figures. Since losing to Bashley at home 18/11/06 the League record is:

 

Played 15 Won 4 Drawn 3 Lost 8 For 25 Against 39.

 

Thats 15 out of 45 available kids. We now sit 15 points and a mere 12 places off the play-offs and only the bottom two have let in more goals. Record of red and yellow cards not with standing.
