Ground Grading Visits

Edgware are being visited on Monday, and Hertford on Thursday. All others have withdrawn or, in the case of Harefield, been told that they're too late.

Interesting news, so Harefield have been too late with thier appeal for promotion, so that leaves just us and Hertford who can possibily be promoted, is that correct Horace?

So it's a mini bus over to Edgware about 02:00 Monday morning with the sledge hammers then Horace?

LOL, and then likewise over to Hertford in the early hours of Thursday morning

 

IF we were to fail the inspection we would have time to get things right before another inspection from what I have heard. Not sure if you need to pay for each insepction of it its covered in the cost of applying for promotion.

 

I noticed that work had started when we were at Hertford recently,and work is going on at the WLG, the new dugouts are in place and have been moved to the far side of the ground now. New fencing is up already, and the pitch is going to be moved at the far side to create room to work on the banking by the main stand.

Work has to be done by the end of this month. I think re-inspections are covered by the initial fee.

Hopefully you will both pass 1st time. Stupid really both grounds are more than capable of staging Step 4 football anyway.

No need to take anything NeutralFan, plenty of weapons can be found around the perimeter from what I remember!
