Roons is fat but likes the banter and generally very good apart from the foul he gave against Eton Manor vs Barkingside... whistle

 

The def lino is good.

 

Lee Dorling is a great ref and Roons who is the ref with the strawberry blond hair? Quite short but really good.

 

Also Roons who is the short lino whos a copper? Was at the afore mentioned Barkingside game?

He's f**king crap. He knows the new manager and some of the players very well and I don't know if because of this he trys to maybe be a bit against Eton Manor so he doesn't seem bias. He has been Eton Manor ref 3 times and given 5 penalties against them and none for them. Fair enough 3 of those were penalties but when Romford won 3-1 in the league cup I think it was he should have given Manor at least two penalties and maybe a third. Nice enough guy but he rates himself too much and although he trys to let the players be physical in one game he reffed a player nearly ended up with a broken leg and he never even gave a foul let alone send the guilty player off. Silencer will back me up on this.

i have always found kirk english to be a decent ref, although he jad a shocker running the line at aveley on monday, but my favourite is the mafia boss lee dorling.

 

i think like players refs have good and bad days. we just need to leave them alone and get on with it.

I agree Small one. Didn't Lee Dorling take over a really rough pub and sort it out. According to Eton Rifle he must know people or be 'an hard kent' to run it!

Dorling is quality, he used to be a pub landlord, I don't think he bigs himself up, but I reckon he's a bit of a hard nut.

 

Andrew is the deaf lino, he is very good, and a top bloke as well.

 

I think the strawberry blonde bloke that Jenko's talking about is Adrian, he is the nuts of a bloke too. I don't wanna put their surnames down just in case.

i didnt take lee dorling for a hard nut. im going to ask him when i next have him lol. he is the assessor as well i believe. bet refs cack it when he is in attendance haha
