Are the local press aware of this incident with Gary? if not why not? Shouldn't the person who grassed Deaner now be doing the same to Browne, The outside world should be made aware of the imbecile

Or perhaps we should let it all blow over and concentrate on winning three points on Saturday? What Steve browne did is inexcusable, but havent we all lost our rag at some time or other and lashed out at the nearest person? Pressure is a funny thing.

 

No offence gary but no matter how much we rant and rave here its not going to change anything. I fully support you, but believe the best way to support hte team is to praise it not knock it (the players that is). I cannot help but believe any hope of survival is enhanced by being in the promotion race, and showing any potential new "white knight" that we are all behind the club

Fully agree with you Paul re supporting the club, but in which case, why (as I posted on another thread) don't we try and all collectively get behind the team together for a change rather than individual encouragment?

 

Saturday is as good a time as any for this!

Yeah its in the Slough Express. Basically it goes along the line that he feels there are people within Slough Town who are undermining his position. Then he blabs on pretty much as though we are expecting too much, saying that we are 5th in the league and there is no reason to think we will not get promotion. Clearly the man is oblivious to the fac that we have lost to all of our promotion rivals (Yeading not included because they are dire and Harlow but we've not played them away and its inevitable we'll lose).

 

He also talks like he is some sort of saviour by getting the money through the FA Cup run and through the gate money this season. He can have credit for the cup run (though Dean Palmer was the saviour at Totten, not Browne) but surely it is we the fans who want the manager out who are responsible for the gates this season.
