Stalemate between Edgware and Harefield

A very tight match with neither side offering much in the way of chances. Both defences coped well, and snuffed out any chance. Harefields best chance was in the first seconds of the match when they broke away from the Kick off and shot on distance that had to be tipped away by our keeper. Our best chance came in the second half when Johnny Moore had a shot crash against the bar.

 

No fireworks on the pitch, all in all a bit of an anticlimax to be honest.

 

The result is a better one for us then them, but we have dropped 5 home points in the last two matches albeit against good sides.

 

We are still in the driving seat with 10 matches left, but anymore slip ups and I am sure both Hertford and Harefield will be ready to step in.
