At last a win that moved us into the top ten. Not the greatest of games and though we bossed long periods of the matches, the Tigers were always in with a chance.

 

An own goal on the hour then Mick Swayslands 35th of the season looked to secure us the points but Kye Davies pulled one back with 10 to go. Swaysland had one wrongly chalked off for offside but we held on for the win.

 

Interesting trivia point - in the last four games we have played four teams who all wore yellow shirts and each time our keeper was allowed to wear a gold shirt. personally I would have deemed it a clash but the match officlas in each case didn't see a problem with it.

No, they're more interested in ensuring that the 'keepers don't clash with each other! (in case one goes down the field in the dieing seconds to nick an equaliser!)
