Bub, saw something about JK is to become a board member at your place? I suppose a similar scenario to how Westley worked at Farborough possibly.

As for ETU i would suspect in this one the first goal will be the crucial one. You seem to score goals for fun in the first half so overall cannot see you tripping up.

Yes JK is on the board, bit isn't a problem IMO as long as we don't go down the shares route and suddenly he owns 80% of them.

JK has been nothing but top dollar since his arrival and before Gazza mentions dollar, he has NOT been putting his hand in. If he has why would he of not replaced an injured Fiston when we went on our terrible run?

Steady on, was not implying he was putting cash in, just saying that was how Westley (i believe) had a similar set up.

Anyhow, have you got a proper London red bus for tonight? Wondered where they all have gone to grin

Really? So you consider that all your costs and wage bill to be sustainable on the crowds you get. And before you go on and argue the point, I do not know your accounts but I do have more than an informed inclination on what it does take to run a football club...

My dear boy, of course its not sustainable on crowds alone. There are other avenues of revenue at a football club

but 1000+ crowds do help with success, similar to riccay's increase in crowds due to your league position and a possible play off place?.......

Ya see, that is where I can't do the math...

I will concede that the cost of the team isn't sustainable on just gate reciepts and that you require a vibrant social scene to keep things chipping on but I'm not stupid Bub and the players that are pitching up for you, Boylan for example, are not cheap.

The "math" would indicate that perhaps, with the costs of running a football ground and the players you have, the statement that Jeff isn't subing the club is a little mis placed but...hey....I'm Mr. Stoopid here and you can treat me as such with the insistance that he isn't...I mean, I remember your statement last year that this little old club that I support was virtually bankrupt and wouldn't be going by Xmas.... I remember you and your little mates posted that little fact all over the NL forums...

So, your reputation for "facts" is more than a little tarnished...in fact one would say you like a little "tarnish" on the truth...When it suits you...of course
