I was looking through L.B.H. archives and can find no record of afch lease agreement for bridge avenue? Does this mean they have no lease agreement for bridge avenue?? If this is so how can they be playing in the Ryman league???

By 'LBH Archives' I assume you mean London Borough of Havering archives.

I believe LB of Havering own the freehold interest in Hornchurch Stadium and it is public knowledge that AFC Hornchurch and Havering Mayesbrook Athletic Club are permitted to share its use.

There must be a legal document of some sort specifying terms and conditions etc but whatever form it takes I would have thought that it is confidential between the parties to the agreement and not accessible, in normal circumstances, to members of the public.
