I hope i am wrong but i very much get the impression that RT and MF think everything will come right when the likes of SM,LP etc. get back in the team.

 

Its not usually quite as simple as that-it will take them 2/3 games to get 'back in the groove' for one thing, and it seems to me that our management team are assuming things rather than being a bit more pro-active to make things happen.

In fairness, I would expect MF and RT to be optimistic - nature of the job and the beast, I guess. And I woujld imagine that the players around Macca and Proths will also respond positively, so whilst I understand your concern, I would be optimisitc that once we have all our fist choice players back, the impact will be pretty much immediate. (I hope I'm right!)
