Not a good result for Manor and really a game we should have won. Fairly even first half an hour but Little Les looked well organised and played some neat football on a difficult surface and took the lead I beleive through Robbie O'Dell (what happened to him?). The visitors were then reduced to ten men when a defender got sent off for allegedly stamping on Terry Gibbs who reacted but escaped unpunished. Need;ess to say the Biggleswade bench wasn't happy and their manager was dismissed from the dug-out. When Ben Payne equalised with a goal that had more than a element of handball about it they were even more unhappy and threatened to lose it big time profucing a few more yellow cards.

 

Second half we had the majority of possesion and a numbe rof chances but the young visiting keeper had a splendid match making some fine saves and they won it with a breakaway goal eleven from the end. Despite another red card they held on for the win their defensive display deserved but really it was Manor throwing away three points.

True mate, the ref was a mare, all too common in this league.

 

Apologies for my lack of knowledge, but are you a player for the Manor? If so what position!?

No I'm not a player..been a supporter for 34 years though. One of the "loudmouths" behind the goal now.
