The report is now on our website - think our lads could have been spurred on by the programme notes predicting a goal avalanche for the home side. Although with only having 10 players at 10am we were lucky that our reserve match was postponed!!

LOL, yeah he said it WONT be a 0-0 in the programme notes for our game with you and now he has put his foot in it and spurred on Tring LOL. Thats why in my articles in the Edgware progrmame I never predict what the result will be of that match, just in case I put a jinx on it.

These are the exact words in the prog:

 

"We played our first away game of the season at Tring, following a 3-0 reverse in our opening home game, and no-one expected the 7-1 win which followed. As it turned out, though, more were to follow, and to date we have scored 94 league goals in 28 games. Tring hold a mid-table position, and although we shall again be without leading scorer Ryan Redford as he completes his 3 match ban, the lads will be looking to get near to the 100 mark today. Nothing should ever be taken for granted however, and no-one knows that more than manager Dave Greenwood."

Tomorrow night's game depends on how much it rains between now and tomorrow lunch time. Would not expect it to be on, but you never know.

CAn't say that the game is off yet - will look at pitch first thing tomorrow (first thing for me, that is!)
