As I understand it the jobs are as follows:

Repairing some of the concreting by the buffet bar.

Painting yellow hashed markings in front of the seating

Moving some advertising boards at the blunts wall end

I think that's it - nothing difficult but all labour intensive jobs.

"Painting yellow hashed markings in front of the seating"

Excuse my ignorance but why does this have to be done, is it to advise people in wheel chairs or electric scooters not to park there? I noticed this has been done at MP in front of the seating section by the indoor atheltic centre. I've only seen this type of marking 'do not enter the yellow box unless your exit is clear'

Any thoughts?

I suspect that it's an indication that NO ONE, including pedestrians, should "park there" FGU. Only been to MP once, but can appreciate that anyone standing in front of the seating on the athletics centre side, would seriously interfere with the view of anyone occupying the seats. I'm sure our Ricay friends will advise that the view is bad enough as it is, with the pitch being so far from the spectators, without anything else getting in the way!

To mis-quote Fawlty Towers:-

"Where's the pitch?; I can't see the pitch!"

"It's that green strip over there, between the Stand and the Running Track"
