Well that's not entirely true, the Referee was adament about continuing and we didn't feel at the time or, in the heat of the moment, that it was for us to persuade him otherwise or refuse to go out. Possibly on hindsight we could have done more to try and change his mind to call it off using Hendon as a bargaining tool as we could see the writing on the wall that they would be livid when they saw the state their pride and joy was in the next day, the Referee has a lot to answer for and has ultimately cost us the Championship and maybe even promotion.

rubbish as usual. If the KTFC team had anything about them they would use one questionable refereeing decision as a spur to go on and galvanise them for the rest of the season rather than bleat about it as an excuse. No the Divison One Championship and promotion are in doubt because the team simply aren't good enough, or perhaps more accurately there are at least four better teams than them in the division.

Well I don't buy what has been said in the last two posts by, surprise, surprise, Lato and Potters Bar Town, my two main critcs on here who look for every opportunity to be opposite, if I said Leeds United shirts were white they would say they were black. Obviously you would say that wouldn't you particularly Potters Bar Town who rubs shoulders with the great and the good at Chalk Lane on a regular basis, Cockfosters knew full well that all their Christmas's had come at once on 30 December and they should be the first to admit it, it totally changed the rest of the season and I'm sure Brimsdown, Ampthill and Stony Stratford will also be adding the Referee that day to their Christmas card list.

No need to buy it, clip Rods, just accept it. You can't keep on "living the lie" and ignoring facts just because they don't fit in with what you want to believe.
