It looks like it could be Lenin before he went bald, in which case he's famous for implementing communism and spearheading the Russian Revolution of 1917. However I think that would be far too easy and I see no connection with Slough, other than the fact that the reds used the word slough to describe most of what was sh*t at the time. I get the feeling this picture is older than that though

Having seen a picture of Nathan Forrest I think Dom is getting some money........ pretty identical pic to the one Roger has got. Not entirely sure of the Hornchurch-KKK link but never mind
