Pitch Covers

Just looked in. Don`t know how extensive the covers were but can tell you that the centre circle has covers on it but not doing very much, there is an area by dug-outs and to the none stand end in the same state. It looks like the over night gales have done there worst. Can`t really put into words the feeling. Sorry for all those involved in getting and laying the covers. Have to point the finger at mother nature, perhaps she has visited Margate in the past. What a downer.

From what I believe DG, the centre circle was the only area to be covered. As much as possible was done with the materials available, so I believe.
