My point is that had you stayed at Hornchurch the same could have happened there, therefore NOT beneficial to both clubs.

John Goodwin took over Collier Row out of the goodness of his heart (and to keep someone at CRFC out of court and possbibly prison allegedly). If we remained at your gaff we probably would not have had any dealing with the fragrant Mr Goodwin. However I'd be surprised Uncle and JG hadn't met I would have thought you would both have had a something in common...
