I hadn't realised he was only picked for Israel because his estranged dad is Head Coach at Kentish Town!

It is difficult to ignore. laugh

I was only saying that we should get a pat on the back every so often for what we do as a Club rather than have to endure the constant criticism and ridicule, okay we're not perfect due to our unfortunate nomadic status and not having a place to call home but what can we do, I'm open to suggestions. Anyway I'm amazed there is no mention of today's Daily Mirror on here or hasn't anybody read it as yet, the words 'all over' and 'rash' once again spring very much to mind.

When will you understand Rhodes? It is not Kentish Town people have anything against, just their secretary.

Who's invited him, clip Rods. It's unlikely to be Toto given that you have already kindly proved that he is resisting all attempts to open communication with the parents that abandoned him and, in any case, it's still uncertain if he will be in the Israeli squad. So who was it?

Well, he is playing so has Clement made the trip or were you just lying to everyone again?

Whether he went or not, I assume "all can be revealed" now? I'm not really interested in who invited him over but it gives you the opportunity to prove you weren't lying on at least one aspect of your "story".

What a CRAP team England ARE. Well done to Scotland and Northern Ireland, great win for the Irish, and if they beat Sweden in midweek they top the group. I wish England had a manager like Lawrie 'the Mexican' Sanchez!

Folks - Sorry for leaving it so long after the game to come on, my computer is down at home. I'm sure you will all unanimously agree that Toto was man of the match yesterday and I was amazed when Israel brought him off with 20 minutes left as he may well have got the winner. Yes 'the great one' was invited over to Tel Aviv but declined the offer, he would have had to sit in a live tv studio and didn't feel comfortable with doing that, it was his choice and the Club put no pressure on him even if it would have meant even more publicity for Kentish Town and the SSML if that's possible.

Sorry NF, but I agree with this bit. Not that it was hard to be MOTM in that rubbish!

Blimey, I must've missed those bits! Got so bored with England giving the ball away for fun I stopped watching it.

Yea I thought he looked decent. Although not as good as someone who will be on their way to Arsenal or Chelsea!

One of the more exciting performances on the night.

The Saint - Nice one, I admire your honesty even if it will wind up your associates Lato, Spidermanor and Manorborn, thanks.

Why do you think it would wind me up, seeing as I've yet to comment on the matter (psychic now are you or are you just that desperate to provoke a response)?

Sorry to deflate your ego but I'm indifferent to the matter. From what i saw of the game Tamuzs performance was one of the better ones on display, but he looked extremely raw and his finishing was poor. He certainly didn't look Premier League material, but with the right coaching and a couple of seasons in the lower leagues he might develop enough for somebody to gamble on him. The israeli keeper had a good game though.
