I've just spoken to Andy, and this is what I have found out.

Nick Burton, Jimmy Strouts Chris Giles and Paul Wilkerson are all fit again and available on Saturday.

Jimmy Jackson is recovering and is 60/40.

Craig Wilkins is still suffering from his ankle injury and may not be fit.

Liam Hatch has a groin strain and is doubtful, while Justin Skinner has gout.

Francis Duku will be playing in the reserves at Bedford tomorrow as will Kevin Budge, Lewis Evans, Rob Owen Jimmy Strouts and Tostao Kwashi.

Steve McKimm will be training on Thursday.

Finally Che Stadhart has gone on the transfer list where a fee will be required.

Do we know if Andy put him on the transfer list or he requested the move??

It seems strange that Andy would put him on the transfer list, because when he has been available to play, Andy has always shown faith in him with a place in the starting lineup.

Perhaps that faith has run out, or, my theory, Andy is trying to get some funds together for a swoop!!

Quite right Bate'o, Andy has always stuck with Che. I will personally be absolutely devastated if he does leave, given all of the goals he has scored for us. It will certainly be interesting to find out whether or not Che requested the move.

It seems a good time to point out one of our other recent threads, referring to the fact that Che is our top scorer for the season, even not including penalties, despite all the criticism that has been levelled at him.

It therefore seems to be a strange move from Andy, for I don't think that our other forwards have looked any more like scoring than Che. Liam, for all of his tireless running which is admittedly a key asset to the side, has scored few goals for us in the grand scheme of things, and while Budge and Evans haven't been at the club for long, they have just one Conference goal so far between them. What I am saying is that Che is probably still our best potential outlet for goals, however worrying that might sound.

Totally agree jc if anyone needs anymore proof of his goalscoring ability click below.

71 goals in just over 3 years. Every forward goes through a barron patch without goals, just look at Micheal Owen at the moment. He has proved earlier in the season that he can score at this level. As jc says even without the penalties he has scored he'd still be top goal scorer, the best we have at getting goals. If Andy has put him on the list it seems like a strange decision to have made.

Whether he placed himself on the list or he was put on it he has been a great servant to the club and his goals have kept us alive in and won many games for us. If he does move on i wish him every success for the future.

If we can get a fee i think that will be good business. I think that a lot of Ryman teams will be after his signature and only hope that he goes for more than what we paid for Budgie!

Lets hope that if he does go, Andy has his replacement lined up instantly. We're not long on natural goalscorers at the best of time and if one of the others got injured, quite frankly we'd be down to the Harry Redknapp bare bones state of affairs.

Budge, Hatch, Wilkins, Evans , Tostao and Giles.

Thats 6 forwards at the club even if Che goes, hardly bare bones.. But admit short on proven quality at this level.

I personally would love to see a Budge / Giles combination, & once we get Nick Burton and/or the fridge back , maybe that will be a possibility.

It's true Che has scored a lot of goals, but don't forget that out of those 71 goals only 9 have been at Conference level.

We have stepped up a level, and past performance means nothing now.

Look at Boothy, 2 goals in 13 league appearances (one of them a penalty) goes to Welling and can't stop scoring.

Now whether Kevin Budge or Lewis Evans are the answer, I couldn't say yet, but we do need a regular goalscorer at this level.

BTW Che is likely to start on Saturday.

As I have already said, I would be very sad to see Che go , but assuming that he wants to leave, he will have to impress in the remaining games he has with us in order to impress potentially interested clubs. This could work in our favour.

Perhaps it is a very clever ploy by Andy.

Look and Danny Dichio of WBA. Doesn't score for 2 years, gets put on the transfer list and scores 4 in 3 games!!!!

Looks like a Che hatrick on Saturday then!!!
