Kentish Town...............on the brink?

Recommended Posts

I really can't be bothered with you and your pathetic lies and reactions Rhodes.

FACT 1 : Kentish Town do not, and have never had a formal groundshare agreement with Hendon. We were just happy to help out as and when we could. It was impossible to put in a formal groundshare agreement as at the start of the season there was a high chance of us having to move out mid-season.

FACT 2 : The April Fool was not my idea, and I did not write it or send it to the Non League Paper. The only involvement I had was to put it on our website at the request of our press officer and secretary.

clip Rods, you've always complained that there isn't enough representation from different clubs on this forum yet you persist in trying to piss off those that do post here. You also have this weird notion that representatives of non-SSML clubs cannot post on the SSML forum. Grow up and get a life.

Rhodes, I accept that you have had a conversation this week with our secretary. Sounds like it was a very interesting conversation you had too. I won't broadcast what I've been told as I have no wish to bring more embarrassment on to Kentish Town than you already do.

All I will say is that if Kentish Town are playing in the SSML next season, with a proper groundshare in place, I will happily donate £50 to the Kentish Town City Farm.

But he can only tell us what he knows and it wouldn't surprise me if he hasn't been told anything. Gregg, Frank, et al are fully aware of the embarrassment he has already caused the club on here and are probably trying to limit the damage now (hence the fact clip Rods has started talking about keeping a lower profile on this forum).

This is because the Club doesn't believe in airing it's dirty linen in public and the two players concerned were wrong to do so, they know my door is always open and the same goes for the rest of the Club's hierarchy. As for SteveR's post he is being particularly generous and I'm grateful, he has just kissed goodbye to £50, obviously I wouldn't tell the Hendon Secretary our 'Royal Secret' plans knowing full well that he would pick the phone straight up afterwards and dial SteveR's number.

What grounds are anywhere remotely near Kentish Town that they haven't already shared with?

Wingate & Finchley?

Clapton?

Kingsbury?

Wembley (the Vale Farm lot)?

A bit further out we have Harefield or Ruislip Manor to the SW or Cheshunt, Brox Boro to the NW.

Any further East than Clapton surely wouldn't be SSML territory.
