YET To be played on the same pitch

I've just had a look at First Team matches yet to be played on the Stag Meadow pitch. These are :

 

Sat 03/03 Windsor

Tue 06/03 Windsor

Sat 10/03 Slough

Tue 13/03 Slough

Sat 17/03 Windsor

Mon 19/03 Slough

Sat 24/03 Slough

Sat 31/03 Windsor

 

Tue 03/04 Windsor

Sat 07/04 Slough

Mon 09/04 Windsor

Sat 14/04 Slough

Sat 21/04 Slough

Sat 28/04 Windsor

 

Also, We now have Staines to add in, and Windsor have 2 others to add in.

 

These are all assuming that they get played on the correct dates. It looks like there are 3 free Tuesday's for the 3 games to be re-arranged, but after that it will be a nightmare.

That's not including our youth or ressie sides either which are played on wednesdays!!!

The fact is stag meadow is not good enough for two teams to share,and never will be!

Also got to consider that some Tuesdays are reserved for Pigeon Fanciers and the Model Club so the pitch or at very least the bar cannot be used. Much like in our first two seasons at the Slag I think you'll find that you will finish the reserve season without completing your fixtures.

Thing is the Staines pitch used to be a quaqmire and look at it now, so it can be done. We were promised a better playing surface and lets face it, its been crap - tramlines at the beginning of the season and now a duck pond. Maybe we can farm some of our home games out to other places?
