Absolutely, there is a great chance for us to gain some points on some of our rivals, as we play at home, and AFCW play Margate, Bromley play Hampton, and Chelmsford at Ramsgate.

 

Cant cope with another postponed game.

Flacky wont be back til Hampton at the earliest. Billy won't be back for a while. Whelps may be ok for Saturday but not a certainty.

I think we'll be alright - New Lodge does drain very well! That said it was absolutely filthy out last night.

It was chucking it down as I left last night at around 10 and there was already surface water collecting on the pitch. That said if we can survive this morning without anything significant we might be OK as the forecast for this afternoon is better.

 

Personally I'd hope if the 11 am inspection looks dodgy we'd have another one at 1 or 2 to see what it looks like then. I know that won't help the Hendon fans, but I think it's a game both teams will want to get played.

Apols for missing the meeting last night but had a training session up at Colchester. Anyway, the A12 was horrible around 10ish, loads of surface water. Praying we are ok today, but can see a few fixtures falling today.

If I had sold the crowd spread I'd be sweating a bit now!!!!

There'll be no complaints from me if it was felt a later (1pm or 2pm) decision was required to give the pitch a chance to drain. We're rapidly running out of free midweeks.
