Loads of rain overnight so I would imagine that the game is doubtful. Hope it goes ahead though as I fancy us to bounce back from Saturday's dissapointment.

Well it has stopped raining here, so fingers crossed, but somehow I think just too much rain in last few hours. Am dropping off some posters at ground at lunchtime, will let you know what it looks like about 2pm.

I've just spoken with two of my customers in Margate and they say the weater is good, and there was no major rain over night?

 

One of them is very kindly poping down for a butchers.

 

What time is the inspection GW, I might take an early trip down, depending on what he says.

From the gate the pitch does look okay. So I hope you're not going to have a wasted journey on the back of a quick glimpse of the pitch. A large portion of the pitch will be under water. 3pm inspection.

According to a post on the isthmian board the pitch is completely flooded, so not much hope i would say

Would advise you to wait for the inspection. Pitch looks o.k. from the gate, but the middle and bottom right side will most probably be a quagmire! That's where most of the water collects. It really has been bad there! - AB

Weather is good in Margate now though, so with no more rain by this evening it could well be ok.

 

Anyway, I can make the inspection, I got nothing else planed this afternoon so it won't put me out.

Think TC will have a wasted journey. Was up there at 1pm, centre of pitch still a quagmire so I am 99% certain the official will call it off. Shame if so as was looking forward to seeing you lads n lasses down here.
