Ex Canvey Island player scored bags of goals for them as they climbed up the non-league pyramid. Went to Grays when Canvey dropped out of the Conference, has been injured and is rumoured to be overweight and out of shape. No doubt a good player when he's fit. Hope that answers your question Mike.

DOB 02/09/1978, born in Chelmsford, Essex. Whilst at Canvey Island Lee was part of the clubs Championship winning season, winning the Ryman League ‘Golden Boot Award’ three times. Lee scored a total of 164 goals in four seasons whilst at Canvey.

He has also represented his country in the England National XI squad.

Previous clubs include West Ham United, Trelleborg, Kingstonian, Exeter, Hayes Stevenage and Canvey Island.

Currently on loan with Chelmsford City until the end of the season.
