Weve had two fairly dry days and a bit of rain overnight.This is realy going to dent our promotion hopes.

In terms of our suspensions today's postponment doesn't help, it means that Skinner now misses Billericay on Tues and McKimm and Abbott both miss the AFC Wimbledon game.

Another tuesday night game where the attendances will be low!! Must be losing money now!! Everything is going against us!! Am sooo dissappointed the game is off! its getting beyond the joke!!

Very frustrating.I Agree Margate Martian.Things certainly do NOT seem to be going for us at present.Its going to be catch up now whereas we should have had a healthy lead going into todays games.That would have been some consolation.Still it wasn't to be & we just have to hope that this bad fortune we see ourselves stuck with at this time changes for the better sooner rather than later otherwise its going to be an uphill struggle.Its all still within our capabilities though so all is not lost just yet.A little more fortune our way,all round,will help no-end.We are due some I think!

A lot of effort was put into getting the pitch ready but what really screwed us this week was the rain we had straight after the game on Tuesday. That flooded the pitch and meant the roller couldnt come out as it would have got stuck. Water was laying in footprints etc and even a good forking would still just leave the water just below the surface. Rain overnight must have topped up the water level and flooded it again.

I really hope that Ray will be able to fix some of the problems we have had in the summer, maybe this is where the Supporters Trust comes in. I would like to thank everyone who tried everything within their power to get the game on today. I am anticipating a game on Tuesday night either, not with the rain that is forcasted to fall tomorrow.
