AFC Wimbledon - Saturday

Ok guys n gals time to kickstart the weekend. The pitch at Kingsmeadow (or is it the fans ground) these days has always been good whenever we have played there. The bar is a good size, the new stand they have at the old open end is neat. But the best thing is that you all get to stand huddled together, and next to some of us quiet characters in the choir of dreams!

 

Normal rules apply to this away fixture! Grin, groan, roar, (singing in tune is not compulsery but will be given preferential treatment by the bandmaster) No dodgy smells allowed please

 

But most of all, have a laugh, enjoy the coach journey of dreams!

(if not a regular on the official transport).

 

And sing,croak,laugh - along with THE BLUE ARMY !!

 

What ever happens in result will not determine anything.

 

Right as for team,

 

Matt is the boss he will pick what he sees fit for the day.

 

Remember, the lads have (and are) doing wonders this season.

Yep, looking forward to this. Glad to hear in tune singing is not compulsary.We wont be on the coach but we'll be there as usual. Also be finishing work early on Tuesday to support the guys at Margate. See you there.

I love away games...we all stand together...well most of us (and it can't be helped this Saturday), top songs and top entertainment.

 

And yes, no matter what the result, lets enjoy ourselves. No pressure on the boys to perform, just get out there and do the best...we'll be right behind ya!!!

I seem to remember the away support don't get much room at AFCW. Lets hope they don't under estimate the Ricay away support. We dont want a Lille - Man UTD situation.

I've never been to AFCW before. It sounds as if there's segregation. Are there separate turnstiles for away fans and is the terrace covered as the forecast isn't the best? Thanks.

Yes, there is terrace cover and it's the first turnstiles on the left as you enter the ground.

It should be quite some atmosphere as AFC are fired up over the points deduction and view us as a bit of a bogey team. I think we're just better then them though
