So, today was Alex Varneys first competitive match as a fleet player?

 

Just wondering how he got on. He played a decent portion of the second half (being brought on at 68, a lot earlier then sodje seems to....) and scored what was a vital goal. Just wondering, apart from him scoring, how did he get on? Does he look like a decent striker, is he above/on par with conference level? Does he have a decent claim as Charlies regular partner?

Thanks, I couldnt make the game and missed the commentary.
