LEE PROTHEROE IN DREAM TEAM!

I see in the Non-League paper on Sunday that Paul Harford, ex Arsenal, Blackburn, etc, now assistant at Sutton, has listed Lee Protheroe at right back in his Dream Team.

 

He says how gifted Lee is technically, comfortable on the ball, he's a great passer at the back or in midfield and he gives unbelievable quality from set-pieces.

 

What can one say after that estimation of him!

I thought the most interesting comment was:

 

'Lee knows everyone(or thinks he does) in non league football'.

 

Is Lee destined to be a football manager in a few years time ?

You have to say that Provs does seem to know loads of people in non-league football, he's always chatting to a few of the opposition in the bar after the game, would make an interesting manager to say the least.

Yes a bit like CK in his early days,he knew many players and had the respect of many,good luck to Lee.
