Nick, making money from our players is not what we're about, if it should happen, then it will be nice, and gratefully received.

 

Billericay works on two levels as regards to the first team, firstly we want to play good football and compete at the highest level, but we do this with a sensible and sustainable budget.

Secondly we want to develop young players and help them improve, and our reward is to see their progress.

 

We have a good youth set-up at Billericay and some great coaches.

Ronnie has benefited greatly from working with Mal Downing, and I’m sure all of our young lads will continue to improve so long as they are willing to take on board what their being taught, so long as they remain dedicated and focused on their football, and so long as they listen to good advice.

 

We have a great bunch of lads at the moment, our squad is second to none I feel, everyone plays their part, and as Keith said, it is enjoyable. What I would add is, the enjoyment is felt both on and off the pitch, and long may it remain so.
