Inspected the Bowers pitch at 11.00, there is one large patch that needs attention (quick sand) I'm going to inspect again at 1.00, as I left the guys trying to firm up the area, possibly ground up viagra might work??, or soil and sand as an alternative.

I take it by 'large patch' you mean the bit between each penalty area?

I know the patch, just to the left of the half way line.

 

Would be harsh to call it off cos of that. I guess it's a judgement call as to whether it is dangerous or not. I know every single player will say it's playable.

didnt see there first goal,(sound like arsene)

 

we went one up, thought i had time to nip into the little boys room, came out and we were kicking off

 

second goal was a bit of a scramble, but compared to the high standards his set off late his had better games

yeh i had a stinker yesterday. couldnt dig the ball out the mud and we were a bit all over the show which didnt help. got the points though and it really was nothing except job done.
