I heard a rumour JB has left hornchurch. Is this true?

Jordan played for Waltham Abbey at Enfield Town last night. Abbeynut tells me that he signed for them last weekend.

That's sad, he was a great lad and a good honest player. Quite surprised really, he kept Ronnie out for a while and was a good player in the middle and at full back. He'll be missed, mark my words!

Unfortunately due to work commitments I could not commit to mid weeks for the rest of the season. As many of you are aware I recently set up my own company and the next few months are vital to a contract we won.

 

Colin was absolutely brilliant and said he would not let it be a problem. I felt that to give my best for Hornchurch and to force my way back in the team I needed to be training on a regular basis. Again Colin was excellent and said he agreed it would be best for me to go and be playing regular football that would suit my current situation. This was all in the week leading up to the Maldon away game. On the Thursday it was agreed that I would leave. Colin phoned me and said he wanted me to come along to the Maldon game to say my bye to everyone in person. Not only did I appreciate that he also played me for 70 minutes when many other people would not of done that for a departing player.

 

Colin has been a pleasure to play for and he treated me in exactly the same manner as he did all of the players that have been with him for a number of years. I could not of asked for any more than that. This season to play with players such as Purds, Jimmy and Janners has taught me more than I could of imagined. Not only great players but great people and always trying to help improve others. Every player in that squad is a very good footballer although none of them are too hot at paint balling!

 

Colin has said that I am more than welcome to come back in the summer once work has settled down. Everyone at Hornchurch has been fantastic. Everyone stuck by me last season when I got sent off and a lengthy ban and I hopefully I repaid some of that faith.

 

Treeboy a special thank you for my xmas present which will stay between us but will not be forgotten!

 

Thank you to everyone at Hornchurch it has been a real pleasure. I will definately see you at the cup final and hopefully on the day the league is won.

Thanks for all your comments and apologies for my spelling in my first post which has been pointed out to me!

 

I didnt want to get into naming names in saying thanks as I didn’t want to miss anyone out and above all will be seeing you all again soon anyway.

 

Yes max of course I remember my goal, most under rated goal in Hx's history, I run the full length of the pitch and rounded the gk like a young Henry only to end up celebrating behind the goal on my own!
