Its been the same for years, the club do nothing about it, dock them points then the club will have to get more involved.

Of course it's the club's responsibility to an extent, but it's the police's too.

Its all very well loading this on to the local Constabulary but if you were there for the first game of the season you would have seen more than one of their lovely supporters trying to get into our part of the ground and one actually get through at half time in order to cause trouble. This wasn't one of teenage brigade but a "known" hooligan who apparently does the same thing every game according to the stewards who did nothing until I complained and had him kicked out.

Its not easy keeping tabs on a whole bunch of morons and one of the best ways of doing it is to use "overt filming" of groups of supporters which tends to stop them from kicking off.

However this doesn't go down to well with people who aren't aware of the reasons why groups of fans are targeted for filming outside railway stations and grounds. Remember the criticism aimed at our locals when they did it at our place a couple of seasons ago? Its a win bugger-all situation for the police!

As an aside, am I the only one who has spotted one or two "unsavouries" attending our home games lately?

How do i know this JC???, well nothing has happened to make it safer for us, i normally use the train as i travel from London , it's been the same every time i go, so from that i deduct ""the club has done nothing about it"" it's always the same sh@t different season.

 

Ask the Daggers fans, about there nice coach trip earlier in the season.

Surely if we're talking about train travel, the word 'club' should be substituted for 'police'?
