HTFCew - Surely that comment is a little below the belt.

3praise - Yes I am also curious as to the identity of Mr BeaN, perhaps John Bacon has finally entered the fray as he has probably been itching to do for months, it was certainly someone who attended the game at Pancake Lane on Saturday so shouldn't be too difficult to work out.

Well I can barely remember what the question was now but if it was how many Club's have made a legal approach for Lee Scott this season then I repeat how long have you got, virtually the whole of the Conference South and Ryman Premier Division for starters. There are just as many who have made an illegal approach to Lee personally however he is more than happy to remain at Kentish Town and help us gain promotion this season, then we will possibly sit down with him with a view to putting him on a proper contract for next season in the Premier Division.

I thought there was a list circulated to clubs as to who is on contract but also as to who has 7 dayed who?

No NF. You can contact the FA to find out if a player is on contract or not but it is down to individual clubs to keep records of seven day approaches made/received.

However, clip Rods' list, when it comes, is likely to include clubs that some of us have contacts at so we will easily be able to find out whether he is acting normally or actually telling the truth this time. I suspect, though, that you, I and others already know the answer to that one!

just to add, Rhodes last time i checked ryman premier and conference south are 3 and 2 leagues off "league football" respectively which is the level that your original comment suggested "Lee" was capable of playing at, now werent you trying to tell us in that very same comment that you are not someone who exaggerates...i dont mean to split hairs but honestly, pay attention 007.

It shouldn't be. But, then again, it took almost a month before you realised your physio had joined another club!

Folks - Clearly you have been waiting for my entrance this evening and apologies for keeping you all in suspenders, some of us have to work. In relation to the Club's from the Conference South and Ryman Premier that have made an approach for Lee Scott I didn't actually keep a list for record purposes as there was no requirement or need to however I'm pretty sure Horace's helpful list covers everyone who showed an interest. I do recall however that Hayes and Hendon were particularly persistant and virtually went down on bended knee in a Clement Temile fanclub fashion begging for us to release him. As for Mr BeaN's post there is no ulterior motive for me being loyal to Kentish Town, I happen to have a great belief in the Club, as was the case with Haringey Borough when I was there, however I feel that Kentish Town have far more potential to succeed than Haringey, both on and off the field of play and despite not having a ground, due to the Coles Park hierarchy having no intention or wish to progress the Club.

But you would need to keep a list of clubs and dates so that you could check they weren't coming back to you again within the 28 day period. So, whenever you are ready with that list, Paul B, Horace and others are, I'm sure, still keen to see it.

As for Hayes and Hendon, they would only be able to make one official approach for the player this season. Therefore, any "persistence" must have involved illegal approaches somewhere along the way. Have you reported either club, clip Rods? Or are you just lying to everyone again?

I know Hayes didnt put an approach in Rhodes, a good friend coaches down there and when asked he knew he was Joshs brother but said they hadnt put an approach in.

'It is bad enough getting Josh to turn up on time and regularly, two of them would be a nightmare' were his exact words.

Sorry Rhodes not recieved programme yet, although the post to my place is awful as it involves the postman walking an extra 200 yards from hsi normal route. Will let you know when I get it. Thanks in advance anyway.

Er, seeing as we played at Hendon I was in discussions with them on a virtual daily basis so they regularly mentioned Lee in passing, albeit not in a way where I had them bang to rights on an illegal approach, they were very clever about it, Chelsea style, and used the high profile friendly we had against them to watch him like a flock of hawks. Whenever I phoned them the first thing they asked was 'how's Lee' in a matter of fact sort of way to the point of 'what did he have for breakfast this morning' and 'was he out last night' so clearly I began to smell a rat.
