3praise - You are certainly a comedian which is why I'm surprised I don't remember you from my days at Coles Park as you must stand out like a sore thumb compared to the long faces and negativity at the Club. Firstly I wish I had mentioned that I had heard on the grapevine of Potters Bar Town's demise at Parkfield but I'm too much of a gentleman for that. Secondly I don't quite understand your question about ground criteria, shall we just say that if Coles Park didn't have their stand then I very much doubt it would meet with Premier Division criteria, when will the dressing rooms finally be built under the stand by the way as has been the plan for three or four years now.

Demise? When did my voluntary retirement from club administration become a demise? Or did your statement lose something in its translation from Hebrew?

Well, you came across as very convinced that you knew the reasons for my retirement so it is reasonable to assume that you knew the actual reasons and to, therefore, take your comments as a piss-take.

The problem is, Rhodes, that you tend to believe any gossip you hear and take it on as the whole truth without bothering to listen to the other side of the story (the Potters Bar groundshare being another prime example) and you then tend to come on here and use your misinformed and ill-advised judgements to make statements of things that you: a) know nothing about; and have no direct involvement in. You then end up looking completely stupid and very insensitive. You have been told time and again by many people on here about making insensitive comments on a number of issues. One day, you will push someone too far, as you very nearly did tonight. Perhaps this will be the wake up call that makes you think about what you are posting in future.

And, by the way, now you know the main reason for my decision, perhaps you would care to tell me what you mistakenly thought my reasons were and who has been spreading various rumours?

Seeing how I lost my own father to cancer in 1999 who took me to Highbury and introduced me to the beautiful game as soon as I was out of the womb that would be pretty unlikely wouldn't it, also I know people don't have much of an opinion of me on here, which doesn't really bother me at the end of the day, however deep down they know full well, including you, that I'm really an okay guy and wouldn't stoop that low. As for pushing people too far this is only a football forum and not life or death, with all due respect you, and to a lesser degree Spidermanor, do tend to take it all a bit too seriously at times.

Also, can only be viable when the printing/copying is being done at someone else's expense! Clip Rods has never denied that he copies the programmes at his workplace! Those of us who have to pay for printing tend to restrict the content to essentials!
