Suspensions and the FA

Just looked at the FA site and notice that Abbo's suspension has been added (3 games from 20th February). However, there is still not mention of Macca or Skinns.

 

What does this mean?

 

Should the club contact the FA to clarify the situation?

 

What if we do not play them on Saturday only to find out that they are not suspended?

 

I think we need some answers!

Or worse-we do play them and they are suspended !!

 

I imagine in reality that the club secretaries are also advised direct however via email or letter

This is either pointing to an FA [****!!****] up for not notifying us or the ref [****!!****] up for not advising the FA.

 

Not sure who to back in that one as both highly likely

Or maybe there is an appeal against the red cards at Hampton.

The club are usual notified by letter of any up and coming suspensions so I'm sure Ken has got it in hand. (The paperwork)

The FA site has been updated with Trott (1 game), Mckimm (4 games), Skinner (3 games) suspended from 10/02 and Abbott (3 games) suspended from 20/02.

I'm happy Mckimm's ban is only 4 games, as this means that he will be able to play against AFC Wimbledon.

We do monopolise the list a bit at the moment !!

 

Pat Sappleton and Dean Standen need to be particularly careful over the next 3/4 games.

We really can't afford anymore suspensions and it is difficult in these conditions to time tackles correctly
