I think I already know the answer to my own question but...

On Teletext's league tables underlined in red on all non league tables are the promotion and play off positions ( i.e. champions and then the next four ). The feeder leagues to the Conference North and South however has just the top two underlined implying two go automatically up which I don't think is correct-can anybody confirm, ta.

Champions are promoted.

 

Teams in positions 2 to 5 go into playoffs for the other promotion spot.

 

Bottom two relegated from both Nationside North / South

 

Bottom three teams relegated to Ryman 1 North or South.
