The linesman said to us he had to be sure who got the header - if it came off our head no offside but if it came off the bside head then it was offside . maybe he should have stuck his flag up at the time but he had to be sure who got the header . Brave decision but we all knew it was offside .

at the end of the day the decision was incorrect mainly because he gave the goal and the lino did not flag, it wasn't until after he decided to think about it. There was a ref guy there and even he said that it was an incorrect decision cos only the lino could give it and he never. But there u go that's football.

 

Talking of bboy getting sent off i am actually quite impressed that someone got him THAT andgry THAT quick. It's very unusal for him to loose it like he did.

He did indeed... But he left because he wanted promotion... grin Hi Concord!!! :wave:

 

Ports is still injured... He couldnt beat me @ half-time... I was lem in goal...

 

I was suspended... still! Not anymore though... Going to be working hard all week, and hopefully will be in contention for Saturday...

 

How was your game mate? Did EMFC stay for a beer?

yeh jenko was in the bar. first time i have ever seen him do so. didnt offer to buy me one though haha

 

our game was scrappy. pitch was very bobbly but IMO we should have put the game to be by half time. some missed chances and couple of great saves from manor keeper. they nearly equalised a couple of times late as we got nervous with only one goal lead. they will probably feel unlucky but we were worth 3 points. they played with ten men for over an hour which to their credit made them harder to break down. very silly sending off from manor player.

 

forgot you was suspended altough i remember you were missing barking.

 

have you signed kemp from s.manor?

 

apparently concord and barkingside want eton manors forward :shrug:
