Lets have plenty of best wishes from every Gate fan on this thread, however small or large it is, over the next few days as this next game is our one in hand over the others (except Chelmsford but everyone else has one too). We need to take full advantage and get three points to keep the pressure up on Bromley, Hampton and the rest. I'm sure that these threads do help! So lets fill up Hartsdown with our support come Tuesday.

 

Here's my message to the team to start things off:

"Good luck on Tuesday lads, play as you did at Harrow in the first half for 90+ minutes and aim for all three points. Do not underestimate Carshalton, but just play as well as we all know you can. Lets regain the momentum and put the disappointment of Harrow behind you. We'll be right behind you all the way!

Up the Gate!"

Come on MFC!!! For Tuesday night I want to see the guts from the second half at Hampton with the sheer skill and fluidity of the first half at Harrow. I want more of Jimmy, Lee and others who are finally 'having a go' when they see the goal. Danny Hockton, you are a class act - you will end up top scorer but no good if you can't help motivate the rest of the team - so open your gob and tell them! Thats as well as scoring hatfuls of goals.

 

Not that I ask much!

 

Come on you Blues - I'll be online Tuesday night rooting for ya!

The pitch looks good. Not sure about the centre circle but 2 days ago that area was still very much churned up. Looked in tonight(from a distance)on way home & Ray & Mark have done a terrific job on it.And I mean TERRIFIC.

We praise these two on many occasions but they really have excelled on this occasion.Concerned how much it will churn up in readiness for Saturday though but thats after the event tonight so will have to wait & see on that.

Lets hope the players use it to their advantage. Ray & Mark deserve a good result for their extra efforts in getting this game on tonight.. Come on guys give them their just rewards tonight & make them really feel like it was all worth it!

Remember East Thurrock at home early season.

Remember Staines at home.

 

The anguish, the disappontment.

 

We cannot afford to drop a single home point for rest of the season.

 

Got to give it absolutely everything in every game now and get wins.

You can do; so go and do it.
