Lets be realistic, how many games this season have we played really well?

I reckon you can count them on one hand, yet we are still in a play-off place, now thats all well & good but if we do gain promotion the squad will need a big overhaul to make the step up.

Cant wait to see how Leon Braithwaite turns out, lets hope he is the answer to the problem we have had all season.

Supposedly he's now back in training after recovering from injury.

He'll have to be B*&&%y good to make something of the rubbish we're playing at the moment.

BTW, Anyone know why we only had 4 subs on Saturday?

Good to see all the plane spotters were out in force on Saturday. The game was so interesting that supporters were trying to identify each individual plane. Someone even tried to explain why some planes had vapour trails and others didn't!

Kieron Woodward, Steve Baldwin and we missed Rudi at the start of the season.

Woodward - not a regular anyway, but replaced by Bastian

Baldwin - agreed a good player, but we now have his positions covered by Bastian, Jones and others

Rudi - now back, so what's the problem??

 

Whatever our problems might be, the loss of good players at the start of the season is not one of them

I don't think that we've ever really replaced Billy Cove, gave us a real presence on the field.

Woodward and Baldwin were the best combination on the left we have had. Both could defend and both could attack, covering for each other. They gave us the width that we seem to have lost on many occassions.

But who knows what a golden age we may have missed on by not playing those two like that again.
